Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled warehouse leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and direction to warehouse staff
  • Ensure that all orders are processed with high accuracy
  • Oversee the loading of company vehicles
  • Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Support stock control and purchasing objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with team members
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Forklift license is essential
  • Good understanding of warehouse and distribution functions
  • Knowledge of OH&S and HACCP guidelines
