Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are accurately picked and assembled, loaded onto trucks efficiently, and stock is received, put away, and rotated in a timely manner.

About You

  • You possess excellent physical stamina and are comfortable with manual handling, capable of performing duties in freezer environments (down to -25°C).
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or similar setting is advantageous, but not essential.
  • You have strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different areas, including dry, chilled, and frozen sections.
  • A valid forklift license, especially with reach experience, is highly desirable.
  • You are willing to adapt to changing circumstances and support warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols as needed.
  • Overtime may be required to meet demand, so flexibility is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Picking and assembling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Loading trucks safely and efficiently, considering factors like weight distribution and balance.
  3. Receiving, putting away, and rotating stock according to established procedures, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  4. Maintaining accurate and tidy bin locations, making it easier to locate items when needed.
  5. Performing duties in freezer environments (down to -25°C) while adhering to safety protocols.
  6. Supporting warehouse housekeeping and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Working overtime when required to meet demand, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting goals.
