Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Leader to join our operations team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all orders are picked, checked and loaded with high levels of accuracy.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with the team. You will also have proven leadership experience and a good understanding of warehouse and distribution functions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be able to provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, helping them to understand and comply with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all paperwork and administrative requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to warehouse staff in the day-to-day running of the warehouse
  • Ensure all orders are picked, checked and loaded by staff with high levels of accuracy
  • Responsible for ensuring all company vehicles are loaded as per company requirements
  • Ensure staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP guidelines
  • Make housekeeping a priority to keep the warehouse in the best possible condition
  • Assist management and support all Stock Control/Purchasing objectives
  • Ensure all paperwork and administrative requirements are adhered to with high levels of accuracy
