Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service and maintain a guest-centric approach while collaborating with team members.
  • Maintain high standards of service while adapting to changing situations and ensuring seamless dining operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide smooth service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Section Waitstaff, preferably in a premium a-la-carte restaurant setting.
  • Exceptional service skills and guest focus, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, learn on-the-fly, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Valid RSA Certificate required.
