About This Role

We're seeking an individual who can provide exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will quote availability and rates to customers, respond to general inquiries via phone and email, and process reservations, changes, and payments in line with company policies.

Requirements
  • Previous reservations and/or front office experience in the hospitality industry
  • Possession of passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or a comparable reservation booking system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Additional Information

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.

The successful candidate must consent to a Federal Police Clearance before receiving a job offer.
