Bendon Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to lead our MYER store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, championing customer satisfaction, and implementing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and empower a dedicated team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Champion exceptional customer service in-store, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and brand awareness, ensuring that our MYER store is always visually appealing and engaging.
  • Operational Excellence: Focus on operational excellence, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including loss prevention, stock processing, and KPI management.
  • Training and Development: Empower your team to keep up-to-date with training initiatives and opportunities for growth within our Bendon training and development programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, reporting, and rosters to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Retail Experience: Previous experience working in retail, with a proven track record of driving sales to achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly.
