Commis Chef I Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our team in Springvale, Melbourne.

  • Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation while working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Support senior chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks, including menu planning, food assembly and plating.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workstation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and have experience working in a pub/bistro environment. They must also be willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
