Our agency is a major service provider striving to deliver innovative experiences within the public sector.

We are seeking a Contract Administrator who administers established contracts, adhering to contract management plans and approved procedures to achieve delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the development and implementation of contract management plans by sourcing documents and established contracts, monitoring performance and addressing non-performance to achieve required contract outcomes
  • Administering contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans and procedures, updating contract details to maintain integrity of contract information
  • Interpreting and explaining contract requirements, terms and conditions to stakeholders to support compliance with statutory and policy requirements and inform decision-making
  • Establishing and maintaining stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, maximise value from the contract
  • Proactively identifying and managing contract risks to meet organisational obligations and achieve planned outcomes of the contract

The ideal candidate has experience in contract administration systems, demonstrated expertise in effective contract management frameworks, governance, practices and processes, and understanding of complexities and requirements of strategic/high value/high complexity contract management and operation.

The successful contractor will possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, proven experience in effective business report and policy writing, strong experience in stakeholder and user engagement, facilitation, influencing, change management, and experience in policy, procedure and documentation development and review.
