Are you looking for a rewarding career in business development? We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Officer to join our team.

 

This role involves working closely with trades and construction businesses, providing them with expert coaching and mentoring to help them grow their businesses. You will be responsible for following up on warm leads, generating new business opportunities, and helping tradies optimize their small businesses to achieve incredible results.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about business development and has experience in B2B sales. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with people, we want to hear from you.

 

Duties:

- Follow up on warm leads from our marketing team and convert them into meetings
- Use our CRM system to pre-qualify leads and pass information onto our business development managers (training provided)
- Generate referrals and new leads to build the sales pipeline
- Work closely with our team to navigate meeting schedules and build a lasting culture of success with our trade clients
- Invite trades businesses to join our online learning platform

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales or a related field

Tenacity and confidence when chasing new business over the phone

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
