Job Title: Social Well-being Coach

To succeed in this position, you'll require a deep commitment to understanding and empathizing with every person's unique story. A strengths-based approach, focusing on what's strong, not just what's wrong, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health Professions
  • NDISWS and WWCC Driver's License

You'll make a difference by:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's unique situation and needs
  • Providing informed referrals, connecting people with the right services and supports
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with service users and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey
