We're looking for a Customer Communications Manager who can drive our customer-centric marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and Deliver Integrated Customer Communications: Develop and execute strategic communications plans that engage customers across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and customer-focused messaging.
- Manage Communication Delivery: Oversee communication delivery timelines, approvals, and reporting to guarantee high-quality execution and compliance with brand requirements.
- Review and Improve Customer Journeys: Analyze existing customer communication journeys and identify opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and customer experience.
- Experience in Customer Marketing or Communications: Proven track record in a customer-facing marketing or communications role, preferably within the life insurance industry.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
