Development Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Development Coordinator position at our organization. The successful candidate will support the design and construction team based in our office, reporting directly to the Development Manager on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Work experience in residential development or consulting firms in town planning, project management or architecture
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking and reporting progress
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • A growth mindset, with ability to adapt to different project requirements and teams
  • Experience in settlement and handover knowledge of the property sector
