Job Role:

A senior position is available to lead a SHIELD Health Hub team, overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with regulatory frameworks, codes of conduct, and governance instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business strategies and delivering population-focused services
  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating workplace procedures and patient services
  • Collecting and reporting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes
  • Leading a team of administrative support staff to engage with clients and provide high-level client care
  • Facilitating employee induction and training
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Suitable candidates will possess strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Candidates with qualifications in Business or Health Management are preferred, as well as experience leading multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of health and safety practices.

This role is based in Canberra and requires applicants to be based in Canberra.
