**Job Opportunity Overview**

This position is an excellent chance for a dedicated and experienced professional to take on a leading role in our project.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that our project meets client expectations and adheres to SRG Global's high standards.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear technical direction to team members to guarantee high-quality output.
  • Act as the first point of contact for advice and assistance with interpersonal and safety issues/incidents on site.
  • Ensure that all personnel have access to appropriate tooling and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Complete shift reports and daily worksheets according to site requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade qualifications or certificates in carpentry, boilermaking, or rigging.
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand.
  • A valid White Card.
  • A current driver's license.
  • The ability to pass a MSIC assessment.
  • The ability to pass a site medical examination.
