Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Director to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale development projects. As a Site Development Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning & Project Management
  • Leading a team of site managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Resolving project challenges and improving efficiency
  • Reviewing plans and project documentation
  • Scheduling deliveries and coordinating vendors
  • Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Mentoring site managers and project coordinators
  • Accountable for budget and resource allocation
  • Assisting in project procurement, estimating, and pre-project planning

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in site development and a strong understanding of project management principles.
