About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team at Pirtek North Sydney. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field service and repair of plant and machinery to our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires travel to sites within Hornsby and surrounding areas to replace hoses in a breakdown situation or complete new installation work on a variety of machinery.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
* Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair hydraulic and industrial equipment
* Operate machinery and use tools and measuring devices accurately
* Work safely and follow OHS and Safe Work Practices
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements

* Trade or field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics
* Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
* Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
* Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
* Desire to be a team player
* Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and problem solve
* An understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
* A current Manual Driver's Licence (and willing to obtain an LR Licence)
* Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is a pre-requisite
