Membership Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to drive sales targets and member satisfaction.

About the Role:

This key role involves ensuring sales targets are met while delivering exceptional end-to-end customer experiences.

  • Understand each prospect's objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to form genuine relationships.
  • Generate leads through inbound inquiries, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations and tours to understand prospects' wellness goals and introduce them to premium offerings.
  • Drive membership conversions by articulating the benefits of holistic wellness approaches and social communities.

The successful candidate will stay on top of administrative tasks to ensure seamless processes and advocate for safety within the workplace.
