About the Role

As a skilled Spa Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage and facial treatments using premium products. You will work with clients to tailor treatments to their specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience that complements our holistic wellness offerings.

  • Provide a range of therapeutic massage and facial treatments
  • Maintain treatment rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable space for each client
  • Build strong relationships with repeat clientele through regular re-bookings and retail sales
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Formal Beauty qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science)
  • Minimum one year of experience in a spa setting
  • Ability to conduct facials and massage, including prenatal massage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As a Spa Practitioner, you will be part of a supportive team working together to deliver exceptional service and support our clients' wellness journey.
