Senior Truck Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team as a Senior Truck Service Advisor.

Our client is a trusted leader in the trucking industry, committed to delivering exceptional service to valued customers. As a Senior Truck Service Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Scheduling and Management: Create customer appointments and book all service, maintenance, and repair work efficiently.
  • Vehicle Progress Monitoring: Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Quotes and Invoices: Prepare and provide accurate quotes and invoices.
  • Warranty Claims: Deal with and complete warranty claim adjudication and inform customers of expected costs and warranty coverage.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the service team, workshop staff, and parts department to meet customer needs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a service advisor role, preferably in the trucking or heavy vehicle industry.
  • Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Australian Resident: Must be an Australian Resident or Citizen with full working rights.
