We are seeking a healthcare professional to conduct medical assessments and health services across various industries.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting pre-employment checks, workplace health services, and workforce medicals. You will need to ensure employees are fit for work and compliant with industry health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments, including functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks
- Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals
- Maintain accurate health records and work collaboratively with a team to finalize assessments
- Work in partnership with stakeholders, including doctors and other health professionals, to deliver a streamlined health assessment service
- Provide client-centric support and work with WHA to review and develop best practices in health assessments
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
About You:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration
- Experience in occupational health, workplace assessments, or a clinical background (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Excellent administration and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
