About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality and safety of patient care
  • To lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • To identify and mitigate risks to patient care and safety
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care and services provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Holding or working towards a tertiary management qualification
  • Clinical skills and experience in Neurosurgery and Breast Care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated management and decision-making skills
