Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Repair Estimator to join our team at AMA Group Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, meeting average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes onsite, off-site, and online, ensuring accurate and detailed estimates.
  • Process vehicles by conducting arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting high standards of quality.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous collision repair industry experience.
  • Strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of vehicles.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player, with a positive attitude.
