We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Repair Estimator to join our team at Gemini Cheltenham. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
  • Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online.
  • Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
  • Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers.
Requirements
  • Previous collision repair industry experience is essential.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hard working, and a team player.
