About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a Dental Assistant seeking permanent full-time employment in our modern Balgowlah centre.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team, who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and committed to delivering high-quality services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting dentists with various procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Summary
  • Assist dentists with chair-side procedures, including preparing patients, taking X-rays, and mixing materials.
  • Conduct thorough sterilisation and disinfection procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient files and treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally in all areas (chair-side, sterilisation, and reception).
  • Strong compliance with sterilisation, safety, and infection control measures.
  • Delivery of safe and empathetic patient care at all times, with a collaborative team player approach.
  • A proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and a desire for excellence.
