  • Recruit, retain, and develop staff; manage finances and occupational health and safety
Requirements:
  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Contemporary knowledge of best practice in perioperative procedures and the patient journey
  • Experience as a clinical leader, supporting and engaging staff, providing exceptional high-quality care to patients
  • Ability to promote and support ongoing learning and education for your team
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
  • Strong communication and customer liaison skills
  • Able to demonstrate financial management and understanding of budgets
  • Related Post Graduate qualifications (clinical or leadership) desirable
