Patient Services Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Patient Services Assistant (PSA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective provision of patient care across all acute wards. Your primary responsibility will be to assist nursing staff in providing patient welfare, comfort, hygiene, and transport services to achieve and maintain quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide transport and couriering services for patients, wards, and departments in accordance with relevant EBA and Barwon Health policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient restraint under the direction of trained staff once you have reached a competent level.
- Monitor and provide quality meal services to ensure correct meal supplements are provided.
