The Opportunity

We are seeking a Relief General Manager to join our team in QLD on the Gold Coast and NSW Far North. This role can cover from Coffs Harbour to Southern Brisbane. As a Relief General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a care community and provide high-quality care, inspiring the team to deliver on our purpose.

This role is designed for individuals with limited or no sector experience or limited management exposure looking to transfer their skills into the aged care sector. You will receive full support and guidance from your direct Manager and both local and national support teams.
