Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful implementation of the General Health portfolio of FocusOne Health across our regions.
- Lead the design and refinement of care models that address the unique health needs of populations, with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management.
- Actively seek and contribute to FocusOne Health's proposals for grants to fund health programs and develop and manage fee-for-service initiatives that meet community needs and generate revenue to support ongoing viability.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, providing operational oversight to the General Health portfolio at FocusOne Health.
- Play an active role in organisation-wide initiatives, driving innovation and aligning health programs with the broader goals of the organisation.
Requirements: Candidates with relevant qualifications in Allied Health, Health Management, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Registered Nursing, and Registered Psychologists are encouraged to apply.
