About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to support significant infrastructure projects across Metropolitan and Regional NSW. The successful candidate will be based in Sydney and will have the opportunity to work on projects such as the New Dubbo Bridge and Vaucluse Diamond Bay Sydney Water Project.

The role will involve developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, resolving challenges related to contracts and programs, and managing and organizing all paperwork associated with contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review contract variations to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Resolve contract-related challenges and program issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and organize all contract administration paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor work progress and report any variations or changes to the Project Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and interpret data associated with project deliverables.
  • Prepare insightful reporting to provide a comprehensive overview of project activities and outcomes.
  • Provide valuable advice to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Assist in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and materials.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil infrastructure projects, with experience in contract administration, cost management, and risk management. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential, as well as proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
