About the Role

">

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our team in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide, or Perth. As a key member of our national Project team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service by actively supporting all procurement processes.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all procurement activities meet JLL's and the Government client's objectives and requirements. You will coordinate procurement activities administration to arrange timely and cost-effective provision of all goods and services. Additionally, you will provide analytical and administrative support for the Project Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service by actively supporting the national Project team in all procurement processes.
  • Ensure all procurement activities meet JLL's and the Government client's objectives and requirements.
  • Coordinate procurement activities administration to ensure the arrangement of timely, cost-effective provision of all goods and services.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support for the Project Team.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

">
  • Australian Citizen in order to undergo and gain baseline security clearance.
  • Sound interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g. service providers, clients, etc.).
  • Strong administrative and report writing experience is essential (within a Procurement function is a plus, but not essential).
  • Possess a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel).
