We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Paramedics and Registered Nurses to join our Mobile Patient Care team in Lismore. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and transport services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Perform patient assessments and interventions on-road
- Provide exceptional patient care and treatment during transport
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and stakeholders
- Assess the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with RFDS MPC guidelines and regulations
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Qualified as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics)
- Experience in non-emergency patient transport (desirable)
- Knowledge of NSW NEPT service specifications (desirable)
- Full NSW Driver's license and ability to drive in city and country traffic conditions
