About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Consultant to join our team at JAG David Jones Brisbane Store. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring seamless transactions and building strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication, and personal styling to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers and drive sales.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image and create an engaging shopping environment.
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and trends within the industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks and expectations.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods.
