About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at Hanes Australasia.

This is a part-time position at 20 hours/week, across a Monday, Thursday, and Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for customers.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and other retail-related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • A passion for retail and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous retail experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
