
Mid Market Business Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development efforts in the mid market space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, as well as driving growth and expansion in existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive business growth in the mid market segment
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the SaaS or software industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Strong understanding of the mid market space and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
