Apprentice Greenkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Greenkeeper to support our golf course objectives.

You will have the opportunity to gain practical skills and experience in greenkeeping activities, including turf management, equipment operation, and maintenance. Our apprenticeships cover theoretical and practical requirements through on-the-job and off-the-job training.

Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will hold formal qualifications and four years of practical experience, with opportunities to gain additional tickets such as a Medium Ridge (MR) truck licence, forklift ticket, loader competency, and more.

We aim to grow our skilled workforce capacity by creating job opportunities and a talent pipeline for specialised roles. You will receive ongoing training, guidance, and support from workplace mentors while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time position up to 4 years with 38 hours per week. You will be required to complete a Pre-placement Medical examination and obtain a General Construction Induction Card (White Card) prior to commencement.
