Our company is a leading provider of tyre and rubber solutions. As a champion of service excellence, you will play a key role in driving sales and growth while enhancing store and team performance.

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and empowering staff to ensure compliance and safe work practices. Your goal will be to maximise store performance by driving sales targets and business initiatives.

In order to achieve this, you will need to leverage your diverse skills and experience to provide superior service delivery. You should have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination needed to drive exceptional service delivery.

To succeed in this career defining role, you will also need to effectively manage relationships by building rapport quickly with key stakeholders. Your commitment to health and safety, communication, negotiation and time management skills will be exceptional.
