Job Description

As a key member of our NSW Sales team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining solid relationships with commercial clients to achieve all sales and profit-related objectives.

You will be responsible for targeting a commercial client base, providing expertise, guidance, and value proposition to customers. Your consultative approach will provide solutions to existing accounts, while prospecting for new business opportunities.

Building strong relationships with existing wholesalers and distributors is also a key aspect of this role.

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • A proven track record in B2B Sales or Account Management roles within similar-sized organisations.
  • Some knowledge and experience working in the tyre or automotive industry.
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels, from customers to internal stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good time management and prioritising skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
