Lifestyle and Wellness Program Manager

This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of residents by delivering wellness and lifestyle services that promote independence, health, and quality of life.
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Wellness and Lifestyle Coordinator. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a minimum Diploma level qualification in health promotion, social work, dementia care, health coaching, healthy ageing or leisure and lifestyle.
The selected candidate will facilitate and coordinate direct reports to provide person-centred safe and effective wellness and lifestyle programs.
They will support residents to maximise their independence, improving and maintaining their health, wellness, and quality of life.
The coordinator will use best practice and evidence-based tools to plan and deliver high-quality lifestyle and exercise services with an emphasis on person-centred care and healthy ageing.
They will enable participation in community and facility activities relevant to each resident.
The Wellness and Lifestyle Coordinator will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Early Intervention team to identify and develop Recovery Pathways for residents at risk of decline and frailty.
They will undertake audits to ensure residential Lifestyle programs operate in accordance with procedures.
