Senior Hairdressing Manager

The role of Senior Hairdressing Manager is to lead and motivate a team of stylists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional hairdressing services. Key responsibilities include mentoring and guiding staff to achieve their full potential, working on the floor providing colours, cuts & styling services, stock control and ordering, rostering, driving team growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide talented stylists to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver exceptional hairdressing services to clients.
  • Manage stock levels and order products efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective rosters.
  • Drive team growth, client satisfaction and business success.

To succeed in this role, you will possess confidence and competence in all aspects of hairdressing, excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
