
Information Manager

We are seeking a Documents Coordinator to implement document control procedures and systems.
This role involves compiling and coordinating tender submissions, monitoring and updating system databases, documents, and records held within our management system.
The successful candidate will have relevant certification or qualifications in document control or information management, as well as proven experience in document control or similar roles.
A strong organizational and communication skillset is essential for this position, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and coordinate tender submissions.
- Assist in implementing document control procedures and systems.
- Monitor and update system databases, documents, and records held within our management system.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documentation for audits and inspections.
- Assist with general office and administration duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant certification or qualifications in document control or information management.
- Proven experience in document control or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in compiling tender submissions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
