Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Plumbing Mentor.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a qualified Trade Trainer and assist with the delivery of high-quality training. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and knowledge, and with the support of our team, you can work towards becoming a fully qualified Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide students to achieve their training milestones and goals
  • Assist students with practical activities and ensure they have a positive learning experience
  • Maintain the training area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and safe for all students
  • Ensure all equipment is in good operational condition to prevent any disruptions to training
  • Work closely with the Trainer to manage student progress and provide support where needed
Qualifications and Skills
  • A trade qualification in the Plumbing industry is essential for this role
  • You should be able to engage, inspire, and support students throughout their learning journey
  • We are looking for someone who is eager to complete the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and take their career to the next level
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
  • A basic level of computer operating skills is also required to navigate our systems and platforms
