Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Journeyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble pipe sections, tubings, and fittings using various techniques such as soldering, brazing, and welding.
  • Inspect pipes and plumbing fixtures to detect and locate leaks.
  • Review blueprints and specifications to determine work details and procedures.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand power tools or machines.
  • Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings using hand and power tools.
  • Hang steel supports from ceiling joists to hold pipes in place.
  • Repair plumbing, replace defective washers, mend broken pipes, and open clogged drains.
  • Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems.
  • Identify and address errors, safety hazards, or other issues related to equipment, structures, and materials.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of plumbing systems and related equipment.
