Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Mail Center Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the mail center operations, ensuring that all mail is processed efficiently and effectively.

As a Mail Center Manager, you will oversee the receipt, scanning, and filing of mail, as well as respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with retrieving their mail in a courteous and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Scanning and filing mail according to company procedures
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and in person
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly
