Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Description:

Latitude Financial Services is seeking a talented Data Insights Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality data insights that drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced data models and dashboards to inform operational decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand performance needs and build intuitive self-service solutions
  • Maintain accurate and scalable data structures to support better decision making
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, BI development, or analytics engineering
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling best practices
  • Technical skills in Snowflake, SQL, and cloud data environments
  • Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into technical solutions
