**Program Coordinator Role**

The Program Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. This role involves researching and identifying good practice professional development activities, as well as coordinating with external stakeholders to develop relationships and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify good practice professional development activities
  • Coordinate the Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Develop and foster external and internal relationships
  • Liaise directly with sub-contracted personnel and organisations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in program and/or project coordination or management
  • Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Representative experience, including speaking at public events
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise judgement in decision making
  • Initiative, resilience, and flexibility in response to change

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, international development, international relations, or project management
  • Knowledge of the Australian Aid Program and Australia Awards
  • Knowledge of the South Asia region and cultural sensitivities
