Business Development Program Manager

The program focuses on supporting business visions by providing human mentors and in-person workshops. Our unique approach helps entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life.
About the Role:
We seek a skilled Programs Coordinator to coordinate our Polaris Entrepreneurship Program (The PEP) and the Polaris Business Fundamentals Program. The successful candidate will assess mentoring clients' needs, allocate Polaris Specialist Business Consultants, and refer clients to internal and external business advisory partners.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn internal systems (e.g., Objective, FinanceOne, Pathway, Dataworks) and external platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Facebook, CRM tools)
- Diploma in Project Management, Business, Economics or higher is desirable.
