We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver luxury client experiences in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver world-class facial treatments using professional-grade formulations and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound)
  • Provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product recommendations and bespoke treatment plans to clients
Requirements
  • A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy
  • Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role
  • Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment
  • Possess passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
