As a key member of our team, you will bring your relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team, and across the wider business and agribusiness teams.

You will work with various stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end settlement processing for our customers nationally.

Furthermore, you will bring your keen eye for detail to recommend alternative solutions based on changing customer or business needs, all whilst delivering a professional customer experience.

In the case of exceptions/escalated issues, you are proactive to deal with them promptly and viable solutions are put forward and implemented so as to avoid their repetition.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Experience in an administrative environment is valued.
  • An understanding of the business and/or agribusiness environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience of security documentation ideally within a financial or banking environment is highly regarded.
  • A proactive approach to identify customers' needs where appropriate and willingness to provide outstanding support to stakeholders.
