We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of plant operations by planning and coordinating preventative and corrective electrical maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planned maintenance activities with supervisors, engineers, and execution teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP to raise work orders, manage backlog, and assist with shutdown planning to optimize efficiency.
  • Prioritize work based on safety, production requirements, and asset condition to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety systems, standards, and statutory obligations to protect employees and assets.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and reliability to drive business excellence.
  • Maintain clear communication with operations and maintenance stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
Requirements
  • A trade or engineering qualification in Electrical discipline is highly regarded.
  • Strong planning experience in mining or heavy industry with fixed plant exposure is essential.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar CMMS is required for effective workflow management.
  • Familiarity with Master Data management including plans, BOMs, and cataloguing materials is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of electrical systems and maintenance processes is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
  • A valid Australian manual C Class driver's license is required for site access.
  • The ability to meet all site medical and induction requirements is essential.
