Support invoicing and cash flow generation through milestone tracking and obligation management.
  • Identify and assess commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize profitability and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' procurement, finance, and legal teams. Act as the primary point of contact for commercial matters. Lead commercial meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance, including financial metrics, risk assessments, and contract status. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage disputes, including evidence collection and resolution strategies. Negotiate change requests and support contract re-negotiations and settlement agreements.

Candidates for this role should have proven experience in commercial and contract management within IT services or consulting. A strong understanding of Agile delivery models and fixed-price contracting is also essential. Additionally, excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with financial acumen and the ability to interpret complex contractual terms.
